So fast, so easy, so Yummy!!

I made this last night and after about an hour in the freeezer the hubby was pleading “can I eat it now?” It’s the easiest and yummiest Mosaiko Freezer No Bake Cake I’ve ever tasted. You can never go wrong when Nutella is involved, that’s a baking fact! There are only 3 ingredients: heavy cream (200g), 1 Nutella jar (400g) and 1 pckg. Pti-Beurre cookies all broken up by hand. Whip the heavy cream until it gets stiff, about 5 minutes, and then slowly add Nutella, or Merenda. Then add the cookies. My husband talked me into adding a teeny tiny drop of liquer, cognac, as well. It added a certain depth that was just right. I put it in an aluminum tin, or you can just roll it up in parchment paper and leave it in the freezer for a few hours, but best overnight. The outcome is incredible. It’s the perfect dessert for summer! Try it and you won’t be dissapointed 🙂
